I saw some pics of people doing "line and wash", found this photo of the steps leading up to the Kifune Shrine in Kyoto, Japan and went to work. I normally sketch out a rough draft of whatever I'm gonna paint but with this I just started straight with the ink using a Sharpie fine tip and finished it off with the watercolors. For it being only a few months into learning, I feel like it came out really nice!

Another slot in my "trying to get better at acrylics by counting down my favorite characters of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood" painting marked off with #14, Envy. They have been a total POS, but damn if they weren't a great villain!

This works way better when synced up to "Shinzou Wo Sasageyo" but this shot of Levi Ackerman from season three of Attack on Titan looks right at home in my "only fancy stuff goes in here" sketchbook.
